Role Purpose
Help drive growth programs for product portfolio through sales comms, sales enablement and integrated marketing campaigns
Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
Able to lead and own the development of end to end marketing programs/integrated campaigns to drive leads for sales (identify a sales/product need, develop a plan, collaborate, get feedback and communicate plan, execute plan, and measure and report against plan)
Support events with product demos, onsite activities, client focus groups. Ability to interact with executive clients on site at events in prospecting programs and demo areas. Present to small client groups. Run onsite focus groups/surveys, collect and synthesize client/prospect feedback on marketing programs. Present thoughtful recommendations on learnings.
Able to drive the development of client testimonials, collateral, ad hoc sales tools and training documents with little to no supervision
Support product launch activities with sales tools and messaging, (collaborate with product management to write sales communications that support product launch activities)
Familiar with developing and reporting on marketing dashboards (Analytics include cost per reach/engagement, cost per MQL/SQL, Conversions, Win rate and retention, sales tool usage, event program attendance and conversion and others)
Qualifications
Education
BA in Marketing or equivalent, MBA preferred
Professional Experience
Possesses a minimum of 10 – 15 years experience within, or marketing to, the high tech industry
leadership Proven track record of team leadership and personal program management
Deep knowledge of program management with recent experience in digital marketing program leadership
Proven track record of implementing programs with direct to enterprise client sales teams
Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong active listening
Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills
Technical/ Professional Skills & Competencies
Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple easy to understand sales and client facing messages
High competence with producing written materials (via Powerpoint, MS Word) that can be easily used by clients and sales
Highly collaborative, strong abilities to work within and lead cross functional teams
Excellent program management skills and desire to produce high quality and on time programs
Able to give clear guidance to staff and team members; excellent coaching skills and focus on team professional development
