Leads the transformation, integration, and acceleration of eCommerce for both B2B2C (business to business to consumer, pure play and current customers) and direct to consumer (DTC) across the Nestle USA portfolio.
Builds and leads overall eCommerce team, the group’s strategic priorities, and infrastructure and best practices. Leads strategic readiness/approaches to various eCommerce models, including pure plays, brick & mortar, .coms (home delivery and click and collect), and third-party and emerging models.

Responsible for integrating best practices in overall NUSA brand marketing strategies and plans. Collaborates closely with NUSA Marketing, Sales, and Center of Marketing Excellence.
This position will work to bring strategic thought, direction and leadership to the eCommerce marketing vision on behalf of the NUSA product Portfolio.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the eBusiness team in growth mode strategy:
•Determine, quantify, socialize and activate ‘where to play/how to win’
•Lead/accountable for overall eCommerce marketing strategy and best practices, customer relationships, economic model, sales operations and supply chain solutions across all NUSA’s eCommerce platforms
•Build and develop high impact, transformative eCommerce customer and merchandising team, focused on growing our online sales with customers and direct-to-consumer initiatives

Responsible for integrating online purchase tools and capabilities into brand digital and shopper marketing efforts, strategies by determining best practices, content, and tools which drive business impact.
Work with Digital and Media teams, to integrate best in class eBusiness Search and media strategies into overall brand plans.
Work with Digital COE and Consumer Engagement Services to enhance the eCommerce consumer experience, with optimized brand content, feedback tools, real-time problem solving capabilities, across NUSA consumer touchpoints.
Collaborate with Digital and CMI to enhance the Consumer Journey, to fully include eCommerce and digitally-enabled shopping, and know when/how to integrate eCommerce actions within brand experiences and campaigns.
Work closely with eCommerce partners, NUSA sales team, and retailer accounts to develop effective customer strategies and plans, to drive sales.
Develop digital marketing strategies and programs to drive traffic and conversion to our direct to consumer e-Commerce sites, and conversion within Amazon and other online retailer sites.
Analyze program performance and sales results, to optimize programs for increased and make recommendations for promotional activity enhancements and product offerings.
Lead development of process to provide internal teams and customers with brand assets, eContent and related marketing support.
With the Analytics team, develop KPIs for success, across eCommerce actions, and direct the infrastructure development required to achieve. Integrate analytics insights to drive increased business impact.


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and sales with emphasis in eBusiness. The experience should include:
•Strong experience leading eCommerce initiatives in CPG categories
•Strategic innovation in E business with a proven track record of results
•Collaboration with customer teams, Marketing, Digital Center of Excellence, Consumer Insights, and Media
•eBusiness consumer facing tools best practices (Search, Ratings and Reviews, Buy Now, etc)
•Omnichannel thinking and strategy
•Partnership management
•eContent strategy
•Understanding Tech and data to drive eCommerce success
•Understanding eCommerce Supply chain requirements and best practices
