Directs a team to perform strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, content creation and programs that support marketing and sales objectives for volume, revenue, profit, retention or satisfaction in the public safety vertical
Recommends marketing management initiatives based on the impact to strategic marketing and sales planning objectives and strategies
Manages a team that designs and executes on marketing campaigns to reach stakeholders, decision makers and influencers in the Public Safety vertical
Direct and manage the customer facing content strategy and execution for the Public Safety Vertical
Managed the content calendar and creative process for public safety value proposition
Provide content for and manage the website focused on public safety solutions
Manage the marketing database and strategy for campaigns and lead nurturing.
Analyze and read out on campaign analytics including campaign effectiveness to senior leadership.
Serves as subject matter expert on public safety vertical and associated solutions
Responsible for content and agenda for customer Public Safety advisory Council meetings
Manages operational & organizational items to execute against strategy to hit the organizational objectives
Collaboratively works across cross functional teams including public safety sales and product teams to maximize effectiveness and achieve marketing and sales objectives.
Required Skills
Bachelors or advanced degree preferred. Experience: Typically requires 10 or more years of experience

Experience in running a marketing team focused on campaigns (digital, print, etc.)
Experience in Public Safety vertical preferred
Experience in lead nurturing and campaign journey mapping
Leadership experience associated with partnering with internal / external organizations including matrix management
Experience in developing new organizations to facilitate strategic services growth
Experience in strategic product launches and working with strategic ecosystem partners
Experience in executive level reviews surrounding sales activities, reviews, and key market sensing items
Preferred - has existing Sr. relationships with the first responder community
Preferred - understanding of first responder environment and dispatching processes
Preferred - understanding of first responder applications such as CAD, RMS, JMS, ALPR, NLETS, NCIC, NFIR, E-Citation, AFIS and others involved in incident command
Preferred - understanding of state and local government decision making processes for the first responder community
Experience in broadband and cellular solutions preferred
Passion in serving and marketing solutions to public safety vertical
