Ensure full and effective leadership and support on Quality matters to enable the organization to reach its volume, profit targets and ensure business continuity. Create competitive advantage by leveraging appropriate Quality solutions throughout the region. Protect and enhance the Company trademarks through employing the highest standards of performance. Act as a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team. Ensure an environment that fosters learning, development of people and continuous improvement culture.
-Provide strategic direction on Quality systems within the organization which enhance the quality of both product and package. Deploy quality assurance staff to ensure training and development of the Bottler system.
-Define necessary strategies and tactics with the Quality Assurance teams to address gaps in current performance. This should include, but not be limited to; Technology that will improve performance, Capability of QA and Operational Staff, and processes and methodologies.
-Collaborate with suppliers of key raw materials in both packaging and ingredients to improve service, and ensure quality standards are maintained per Coca-Cola requirements.
-Ensure all facilities achieve satisfactory ratings on quality audits for Corporate, Municipal and Customer audits.
-Analyze Quality situations and take action to remove strategic and cultural barriers or obstacles (e.g., lack of senior management commitment, inadequate reinforcement of behavior) that keep or could keep work in these areas of accountability from being completed as committed.
-Enhance intellectual capital through recruiting, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best of the best.
Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.

-9+ years in related work experience
-Multi facility leadership in a CPG environment or Supply Chain management across broad geography
