Come join Intuit as part of the Small Business Group (SBG) as the Director of Payroll Operations located in Mountain View, CA. We are looking for a large scale leader who is a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation to join our team and help us revolutionize the way the small businesses run their business.
Role and Responsibilities This position will report to the VP of SBG Business Operations and has responsibility for business operations across our 1M+ payroll customers in the QuickBooks ecosystem and to grow and scale globally. This leader will manage a team of 150 people and handle over $150B in annual payroll volume. This leader is charged with driving breakthrough benefits for customers, growth and efficiency.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Product Development, Engineering Operations and Care to build end-to-end programs that drive customer delight, growth and efficiencies in all geographies
Lead a distributed team that can scale with the growing needs of Intuit's business
Ensure back office capabilities (processes and systems) are defined and implemented properly to ensure best in class customer and agent experiences
Bring best practices to keep raising the bar
Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment
Lead and coach the team on data analysis and hypothesis testing to drive breakthrough benefits, growth and efficiency
Develop and coach a high performing team by providing guidance and leadership on change management, organizational effectiveness, career planning, performance management, skill development and coaching
Qualifications
10+ years of business operations, marketing, product management, or finance experience preferably at large tech companies with SaaS/platform business models
Proven success scaling SaaS operations globally through rapid growth, driving meaningful results for customers and the business
Extensive leadership experience driving technology solutions to delight customers and scale with efficiency
Experience leading large scale teams (100+ people) and winning hearts and minds
Exceptional change management and people leadership skills
Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills … leads and influences across boundaries
Creative, strategic and analytic thinker who is hypothesis driven and uses data, judgment & pattern recognition to learn and move quickly
Experience defining, developing and leading large programs and achieving game changing results
