PS&F Global Program trading desk executes program trades, index rebalances, and derivative based trades for institutional and hedge fund clients. The desk provides full support from connectivity to post trade execution reports. The desk co-ordinates globally with teams in Europe and Asia to provide around the clock coverage for execution clients. The team understands global market place, local regulations, and works with clients to understand the every changing regulatory landscape.
Provide subject matter expertise as it relates to interpretation and implementation of trading, regulatory and exchange requirements
Onboarding and servicing of global clients executing program trades.
Partner with Global Market Sales along with their own relationships to execute client programs.
Develop and deliver pre and post trade analytics to clients on program trades
Collaborate with technology to continually update execution platform and client interfaces.
Qualifications:
Minimum required qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of securities trading experience, with a strong preference to buyside equity program trading
Knowledge of capital markets and various investment instruments
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Existing and portable program trading relationships
Proficient in global execution landscape, market structure, and connectivity.
Preferred qualifications:
Computer Programming Skills
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent. Computer Science is preferred. Some graduate school in a technical field is preferred
English fluency is essential
