Supervises the entire day-to-day operations for an account brand. Provides strategic leadership and advertising direction/guidance to the entire agency. Manage and grow the existing business. Actively seek opportunities for new business.
Principal Responsibilities - Client:
• Initiates and spearheads strategy at all levels of the business
• Maintains close interaction with executives and other management
• Responsible for client’s brand development: stewardship of brand integration into all aspects of client’s business
• Acts as a partner between two co-promoting clients
• Builds strong relationships with clients at all levels with particular focus on Product
Management/Director levels - Internal:
• Provides assistance related to agency/team/management policies and practices
• Develops staff, mentors
• Manages staff of Account Supervisor and support staff
Financial and Operational Responsibilities:
• Forecasts revenues and agency costs
• Develops budget to support agency/team objectives and plans
Agency Responsibilities:
• Consistent, outstanding performance against departmental and agency objectives

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10-12 years of consumer account management, brand management or related advertising experience
• 5-7 years of managerial experience required
