Responsibility to assist senior executives in the conceptual design of the strategic planning process, methodology and procedure analysis for the assigned area. Assists senior executives in the development of objectives and strategies for business unit. Monitors business unit performance against business plan.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Assists in creating a conceptual design for the development of future business approaches and analyzes alternative strategies.
Reviews data on sales, profitability, productivity, quality, finances, etc. for business unit or assigned area. Utilizes this data to make business structure and strategy recommendations. Analyzes results versus budget and plan.
Utilizes reports, research, trends, customer profiles, and other strategic data to make recommendations.
Manages staff and assumes responsibility for all aspects of management and development of the assigned area or business unit.
Responsible for internal / external audit management and financial reporting to company executives and Headquarters.
May have the responsibility for the design, implementation and management of systems, programs, approaches, and processes.
Responsible for maintaining expenditures and budgets to the extent authorized and has the responsibility for such areas as inventory and head count controls.
Responsible for ISM management as part of the management of staff members, their work and workplace.
Responsible for the management of information security as part of the normal management of the business. Must cooperate with the Company ISM professionals in implementing the information security policies within the Company, and ensures that information is handled in compliance with the Global ISM related regulations.
Interprets and complies with Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Prepares reports, charts, graphs, and other statistical information.
Will initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:

Four-year college degree in accounting, business administration or related field required.
Minimum of ten (10) years related financial management experience.
Minimum of five (5) years successful experience at a senior manager level.
Experience with internal / external audit management and financial reporting to company executives and Headquarters.
Excellent proven leadership capabilities required.
Extensive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Previous work experience in a cross-cultural, international environment preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows-based databases as appropriate to the position and assignment.
