As the Director of Experience Innovation for SAP Anywhere, you’ll play a pivotal strategic role in the success of our primary SMB native cloud business suite. Our goals are lofty ones for this product and we’re betting big as a result. This means that you will need to be incredibly insightful, authentic and connecting as you refine our value proposition and related messaging framework to support our customer and partner engagement efforts. You’ll also focus on the roadmap for future releases to ensure we can continue to be relevant, meaningful and distinguished with our offerings. In this role you’ll have a key seat at the table for all major decisions related to SAP Anywhere This position is an individual contributor role to start, reporting to the Head of Marketing for SAP Anywhree.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Developing data-driven recommendations and priorities related to our product roadmap by knowing our target market and customer base like no other. This includes compiling and analyzing customer research (internal and third-party) and making this available to key stakeholders.
Leading the analyst engagement strategy among key analysts to generate support for SAP Anywhere, including developing related messaging and positioning.
Leading the primary and secondary research agenda for SAP Anywhere in partnership with the product team and your marketing counterparts.
Establishing recommendations on priorities for our go to market approach to maximize our growth.
Working hand in hand with your product and marketing counterparts to establish and maintain strategic alignment on the required focus to ensure the success of SAP Anywhere
Keeping key stakeholders throughout the SMB Team and across SAP up to date on core findings and insights related to SAP Anywhere and the target market(s) we serve.
Establishing yourself as a key spokesperson for SAP Anywhere.
Travel requirement up to 30%

Experience Requirements
10+ year’s experience in marketing and product management
7+ years of experience compiling and analyzing data to inform strategic focus
Strong track record of results working in a complex, matrixed environment in the technology industry
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
Experience Requirements
8-10 years of professional work experience in digital marketing, including online interactive experience with a BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
