We are currently seeking a Director eCom Capabilities & Digital Transformation for the Consumer Business eCommerce team in Atlanta, GA. This position will oversee the strategy and execution of a suite of value-added services for our retail partners that operate Omni-Channel sales. This position will also be responsible for developing and sharing tracking for Senior Leadership to show the glide path of this expanding capability. This position reports to the Vice President of eCommerce Sales.

Identify, Prioritize, and Lead experiments and commercialization of eCom specific capabilities to drive Omni-Channel DSMP advancement and execution
Frictionless Commerce opportunity assessments, prioritization, and commercialization (i.e. voice, Bots, IoT)
Online Shopping Emerging Technology & Innovation Thought Leader
Mobile integration across path to purchase
Fulfillment alternative experimentation to reduce costs and improve customer experience & convenience
Economically sustainable business model development and knowledge sharing
Digital Shelf (Product Details Page & Retailer Search Optimization) leader
Packaging Optimization & Innovation to reduce costs or increase consumers’ subjective value

What Will You Need?
Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of eCommerce experience
At least 5 years of Customer Facing Roles
Digital media experience
Bachelor’s degree
