We are in the very initial stages of this effort and consequently we are looking for dynamic individual contributors that are passionate about community engagement, possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a strong balance of business and technical skills.
• 10+ years of complex program leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to organize, lead, motivate and build credibility with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated involvement in the community and/or non-profit space.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong organizational agility with the ability to engage and align various levels of Microsoft - from recent college hires to seasoned EVPs.
• Strong customer focus and empathy along with an extraordinary passion for making an impact on the communities in which our datacenters operate.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; experience in grant writing or similar strongly preferred.
