The Director, Global ATM Product Management will be a key member of the team responsible for the development and execution of the global ATM and Cash Access strategy, new product development, and ongoing product management. The role will have responsibilities across the full lifecycle of products from development to launch and management of new, global solutions for the ATM and Cash Access channels. Mastercard is preparing to lead the ATM industry with innovative solutions to bring digital to the ATM and enhance consumers’ ATM experience, especially for cross border usage.

Role
• Participate in the evolution of the global ATM strategy that optimizes ATM as a channel for our debit and other products, understanding the potential strategic and financial trade-offs
• Take a leading role in innovation in the ATM channel – bringing to life new consumer experiences and services
• Strong focus on developing new digital solutions; supporting our cash access strategy through product innovation and new business models
• Partner with other product teams and regional teams to deliver against the global ATM strategy by ensuring we have a strong consumer-needs-based value proposition, the right business model across stakeholders, and effective execution
• Take on “whole product” responsibility for your or other products in the “launch” and “run” phases of the product lifecycle
All About You
• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA degree desirable.
• Professional experience which may include:
• Solid experience in fintech or bankcard industry preferred
• Experience with / knowledge of emerging digital payments technologies and products including digital wallets, tokenization, push-payments
• Proven track record of product management/development desirable
• Demonstrated ability to create clear and compelling go-to-market plans working with a broad ecosystem
• Experience working with multiple elements within the ATM ecosystem including ATM operators, ATM manufacturers, ATM processors, and ATM networks around the world
• Research and analytical skills including Excel modeling and experience building robust business cases and forecasts
• Project management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Business acumen – ability to understand product P&L and make analytically driven recommendations
• Able to get things done through other people, strong influencing skills
• Travel 1-2X per quarter
