We are looking for an experienced advertising based Creative Director/Copywriter with strong conceptual and writing skills.
You will be working on the Lenovo brand and all of Lenovo’s globally renowned product brands like moto, ThinkPad and Yoga, amongst others. The position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and reports directly to the Executive Creative Director of the World Wide Brand team.
Key Responsibilities
This person will partner with an art based Creative Director and will be responsible for overseeing the development of all of the Brand’s content and creative assets. They will work with internal teams and external agency partners in the creation of Marketing/Advertising content for video, digital, social and print media. They will also be responsible for overseeing the tone of voice of all communications put out by the brands both internally and externally to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Beyond overseeing the creative teams, they will need to collaborate closely on Brand and Product strategy with a tight-knit and energetic marketing team.

Position Requirements
The right candidate should:
• Hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree and have at least 6 years of experience as an Advertising Agency Creative Director.
• Have a history of leading creative teams to produce bold and attention-getting work in various media and a portfolio to back it up.
• Understand what it takes to build a strong and differentiated Brand. From strategy to implementation.
• Be passionate about bringing powerful, unexpected ideas to life within traditional, digital and social media.
• Be an excellent communicator in the written and spoken word.
• Have the energy and enthusiasm to inspire o others. Be willing and able to help build and maintain a department and creative culture.
• Be a confident presenter and be skilled in influencing and persuading others.
• Have proven experience working internally with senior members of an organization to gain consensus and approval for their work.
• Continuously evaluate the best processes and procedures for the department to effectively deliver world-class creative work.
• Be a quick thinker with attention to detail who is comfortable working in a world of fast paced deadlines.
• Be able to develop a keen understanding of your audience, so that you can speak to them in the most engaging way possible.
• Have experience with strategic campaign development, creative briefs and execution.
