Oversee the WW Product Engineering function and drive it to a competitive advantage for InvenSense. Will be responsible for working with our Motion & Ultrasound BU and cross-functional teams on product integration and ensures successful launch of new products and mass production support of ultra-high volume product lines. He/she will drive closure of critical product issues with tight collaboration among Design, Foundry, Validation, Test, Quality, and Systems teams to finalize each product performance targets and screen requirements prior to MP release. He/she must also characterize all design iterations and provide feedback to the product development team such that the product exceeds target specifications at mass production release. The successful candidate is detail oriented and has experience with the followings.

Skills and Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Physics or EE with 10 years of work experience.
Concise & precise communication with excellent interpersonal skills
7+ years of product and test engineering experience
Excellent knowledge of Gyro & Accel technologies and product characterization. Familiarity w analog CMOS is desirable.
Excellent software programming skills in C, C++ & Mathlab
Extensive product management experience with bringing complex products to market
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
