We’re searching for an individual who is excited by building new clients by utilizing their hunting skills to grow a high potential geographic market. You’ll be selling turn-key syndicated data insights as well as consulting solutions, so we need a strategic mind with a “never stop” mentality. As Director of Business Development with Kantar Futures, your role will be to grow Kantar Futures’ business in medium and large accounts through a consultative business development approach. You will work closely with our national business development team, consulting and account team leadership to identify and close new opportunities across a range of industry sectors. You will manage your business development activities and drive performance to consistently meet/exceed personal sales goals.

You will…
Effectively grow Kantar Futures’ subscription services and consultancy business in New York and New England Territory by hitting revenue targets of $1.5MM +
Build and develop new clients by hunting and building relationships across medium and large sized organization in the advertising/marketing space
Enhance existing client value by uncovering key client needs and connecting specific solutions from Kantar Futures’ set of capabilities to effectively address these needs
Retain client relationships through effective alignment and interaction across client organizations
Formulate potential solutions that meet client needs; able to solve their challenges
Lead and coordinate account team resources to assess and deliver solutions
CAPABILITIES
You need…
Proven multi-year success, in a market research, insights or trends sales role, focused on selling services into marketing and strategy roles within prospective client organizations
Extensive experience with clients in establishing trusted advisor relationships, building consensus and articulating data driven solutions
Hungry to learn new concepts and clearly communicate complex ideas
Ambitious, results-oriented; able to consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals
