Juniper is seeking an experienced Director in an M&A Business Strategy role to manage and improve the integration and scaling of Juniper’s corporate acquisitions. The Director will play a critical role in working with cross-functional integration teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, Legal, and Customer Service. This individual will be tasked with monitoring Integration activities and more importantly developing plans to scale the acquired businesses to hit financial P&L targets. This individual will report to the Sr. Director, Corporate Business Development responsible for M&A Integration and Technology Alliances.

Responsibilities:
In this role this person will work in close collaboration with the Juniper corporate executive team, product line managers, engineering leads, finance leads, and other business functions to deliver high impact business results. This individual will therefore have a significant opportunity to impact the growth, direction and future of Juniper’s acquisition portfolio. Some specific areas of focus:
Creating overall Integration and Scaling plan for Juniper acquisitions.
Communication of plan to all key stakeholders
Driving Integration and Scaling plan working with Integration Program Managers to track milestones projects, make key recommendations to stakeholders, and hold cross functional team accountable for execution deliverables
Reading out progress of Integration and Scaling plan to CEO staff on a quarterly basis
Basic Qualifications:
Outstanding problem solving skills – ability to define and structure problems, collect and analyze data, financial modeling, and synthesis of defendable recommendations into an action plan.
Ability to lead and hold accountable cross-functional teams to develop solutions for identified problems and to implement action plans.
Must exhibit a high degree of business maturity and ability to communicate effectively at senior management levels
Deep interest in technology & telecommunications industry (e.g., in telecommunications, data center, cloud)
BS and/or MBA degree (finance or related discipline) with a technical B.S degree is preferred along with 12+ years of related work experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience in Scaling businesses, M&A Integration, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or Strategy is a plus
Prior experience as a Product Manager is a plus
Previous experience dealing in the networking or telecommunications industry is a plus
