You will be responsible for building compelling sales narratives, go to market strategies, and engagement models to showcase Spotify’s value proposition and market leading solutions for business and marketing partners. What you’ll do

Develop differentiated positioning and value proposition across various customer segments -- Global Agency, Global Accounts, etc.
Collaborate with Sales leadership in the creation and evolution of compelling sales narratives to be globally consistent and culturally relevant
Partner with the Research & Insights team to commission custom studies that uncover cultural, behavioral and psychographic insights to inform narrative development and create thought provoking dialogue in the marketplace
Scale ‘Insights First’ workshops to transform how key accounts think about their business and how they work with Spotify to drive business objectives
Align with Global Business Marketing and revenue teams to amplify narratives to achieve regional success
Build case studies, best practices and champion advertiser success across the Spotify platform
Who you are

BA or BS degree; MBA a plus
10+ years experience in digital marketing, media agency or a related field
You are a bridge builder and have experience engaging with teams cross-functionally
You have a deep understanding of the media landscape and are passionate about digital advertising
You have the ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking, and demonstrate strong organization skills
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbally
