Head of North America Primary Origination and Trade Closing
Responsible for the operational support of all North American Corporate Loan Originations as well as the Par and Distressed Closing Functions. A team of 30 people that manages critical aspects of the loan lifecycle for the Institutional Securities Group. This role is a fast paced and involves a significant level of stakeholder engagement across multiple product lines and businesses.

10+ years experience in operations environment
Ability to multi task and handle a constantly evolving product set
Strong operational control mindset
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to create deep stakeholder relationships and manage at times challenging relationships
Ability to grasp concepts quickly and work on changing and improving the process
Strategic and change orientated mentality
Previous loan knowledge is helpful but not required
