As Director of Intelligence, you will lead intelligence strategy and execution by assessing emerging and current global trends, hazards and threats to Nike, Inc., its people, assets and brand. You will direct intelligence collection and analysis from internal resources, open and public sources, subscriptions, trusted/official government sources, and professional contacts. You will lead the Nike Intelligence Center (NIC) which operates 24/7 supporting the enterprise worldwide. The Director is the editor-in-chief responsible for the development, copywriting, and content review of all products disseminated through the NIC to include both tactical and strategic intelligence. In addition, you will play a key part in the Incident Management process, identifying potential business disruption swiftly or activating the team in response to an incident immediately. This role is not responsible for any aspects of cyber security.

10+ years work experience in intelligence-related positions.
Bachelors’ degree or higher.
Possess a global network of private and public sector security and safety resources.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and strong writing to engage across all levels of leadership and to influence across a complex matrix organization.
Demonstrate sound business judgment, sharp problem-solving, high-end analytical skills, and fully understand confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to be on-call and respond to issues 24/7.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
