Facebook is looking for a corporate communications manager to support senior leaders at the company. This role is a combination of financial communications as well as supporting the monetization narrative via projects connecting with Facebook's core advertising product suite, as well as newer monetization tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both financial communications and/or investor relations as well as product communications, preferably for business/advertising products. This individual should excel at working collaboratively and cross-functionally with both communications team peers and senior leaders within and outside the communications function. Things move quickly and change quickly at Facebook; this individual should be able to roll with it. An understanding of finance and basic knowledge of financial statements and public disclosure is a plus; the ability to translate and distill complex financial issues into simple English, a great plus. Candidate should also have deep media relationships with both technology and financial media.

This position is located in Menlo Park, California.
Responsibilities

Develop proactive and reactive communications strategies and day-to-day media handling around all corporate and financial issues touching the business of Facebook and financial/market-moving announcements.
Work cross-functionally with executives across the company as well as peers in communications including product, platform, monetization, corporate, international, policy, etc.
In collaboration with product, partnerships and sales teams, develop proactive communication plans for products and issues associated with Facebook's monetization products.
Develop media and train spokespeople across product, sales and partnerships teams to increase visibility and impact
Help executives deliver messages succinctly and articulately.
Build relationships with media, industry analysts, influencers and other external stakeholders.
Work with and manage external PR agencies.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum bachelors degree
3+ years experience in business, product and/or corporate communications.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
