Facebook is looking for an experienced Compensation Programs and Operations Manager to join its growing compensation team. This person will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap and execution of all of our recurring compensation programs globally. This person will be a key partner on the compensation leadership team and the broader HR organization.

This role is located in our Menlo Park headquarters.
Responsibilities

Facilitate end-to-end compensation planning on an annual basis, from survey submissions through compensation cycle execution
Scale offer processes as related to compensation to support organizational growth
Manage annual compensation planning and forecasting process, working closely with finance to develop accurate forecasting models
Manage the enhancement and development of systems and tools to support the planning process & compensation cycle execution
Develop metrics and analytics to inform leadership on program goal achievement
Hire and manage team to achieve these goals
Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of compensation experience
5+ years of experience running compensation programs
Experience with compensation planning and forecasting
Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
People management and recruitment experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree or MBA in Finance, HR, or related field
Project management experience or certification (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma, etc)
Knowledge of HR processes and systems (e.g. WorkDay and Visier)
