The Global Product Partnerships (GPP) Integrations team is responsible for product-enabling partnerships and go-to-market strategy for large-scale platform and ecosystem initiatives across Google, including Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP), Assistant, and Firebase. This is a critical product partnerships role that will allow you to work directly with Product and Engineering on key early-stage initiatives, such as Structured Data, APIs, Actions, and more.

You will lead crucial go-to-market efforts on behalf of Google’s product teams, including partnership execution, concept development and requirements gathering, industry representation and awareness, competitive analysis, and business development strategy.
Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, DoubleClick Platform Solutions and the Ad Exchange, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. In addition, the Partnerships team supports Google’s own product teams with essential partnerships to help power Google’s user experiences in search, maps, travel, shopping, payments and more.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain and evolve strong relationships with third parties, working directly with some partners and through “one-to-many” models to reach large partner ecosystems.
Design and implement processes and policies to improve Google’s ability to partner at scale; represent Google at partner and industry events.
Drive collaboration with partner and internal operation teams to complete technical implementation; provide feedback from partners, and market intelligence, to Google’s product teams.
Define and drive implementation of strategic initiatives for specific Google products and partners based on detailed understanding of partners practices and Google tools and processes.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
10 years of work experience in areas with direct relevance to consumer (not enterprise) product partnerships (i.e. strategic partnerships, advertising sales and monetization, and platform marketing).
4 years of leadership and management experience in a partnerships, strategy, marketing, or sales capacity; demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of partners to achieve product objectives, operational efficiency and partner satisfaction targets.
Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management cross-functionally and externally; ability make things happen quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid and collaborative environment.
Track record of demonstrating high comfort with complex product and technical concepts without necessarily having formal technical training.
Strong communication and strategy skills; ability to create clear narratives and work with other teams to formulate clear initiatives strategies.
