PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Lead the RM team, seamlessly connect the pre seasonal development RM & trim team (design facing) with the in season executional RM & trim team (mill facing).

Seek RM & trim process efficiency’s and drive implementation.
Seek and implement RM & trim tool’s for tracking and managing / focusing development (Fabric line plan philosophy).
Lead the connection to the business, communicate the importance of Raw Materials & trim, lead conversations to drive staging of raw materials,
Define and execute a RM & trim Mill / vendor sourcing strategy, both mid and long term in conjunction with the finished garment sourcing strategy, explore opportunities to verticalize the supply base
Strategize and socialize on speed initiates in relation to Raw Material and trim
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
15 – 20 years’ experience in Raw Material development
5 year’s min in a management role
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
