The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, organized, flexible, and collaborative and have an ability to effectively operate in a highly fast paced, ambiguous and semi structured environment. The candidate must be able to move comfortably between tactical, administrative tasks to using creative thinking and problem solving approaches to improve processes and identify new opportunities to support integration and employees.

• Coordinate, plan and schedule deal announce and close events
• Collaborate with HR, IT, WPR, SSBR to organize on boarding events and new employee orientations sessions
• Manage the creation, launch, budget and maintenance of the CAC on Jive portal dedicated to acquired
employees
• Answer new employee questions and/or direct to functional SMEs
• Order and distribute new employee gifts for celebrations
• Provide logistical support for employee training sessions
• Engage with new executive administrators during on boarding to link them to appropriate community, training, concierge and other services
• Assist IT and the on boarding lead in tracking and consolidating mobility plan conversion data
• Administer integration surveys to all acquired employees and consolidate results
• Participate in the overall Employee Experience team effort to define new ways to enable a best in class experience for acquired employees
• Act as an EO and/or SITE Project Manager as needed

Minimum Qualifications for the Role are:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Ability to think broad and implement tactically.
• Ability to build relationships with peers and higher level management across Cisco, acquired companies, and
customers. Ability to work cross functionally and navigate challenging political environments.
• Ability to be successful in an unstructured and fast paced team environment and work independently
with minimum supervision.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Must be comfortable with change and dealing with business
ambiguity.
• Expert with Cisco tools (iExpense, iProcurement, WebEx)
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills.

Educational Background - BS/BA degree completed or in process
plus 4-6+ years related experience.
