Supports the Enterprise Operation business units by acting in a functional capacity in all phases of the Project Life Cycle for small to large projects, including post-production support and ongoing maintenance. The core support area for this position is supporting the ERP system used in digital distribution of Fox's & their 3rd party partner's intellectual properties. Serves as a functional liaison to the user community. Continuously gains an understanding of the Enterprise landscape and how systems are used in support of operations, transferring knowledge to users and other members of the team. Provides front line user support on functional issues.

Production Support - 80 %
Monitors the daily operational activities of systems and provides support to users
Takes ownership of functional issues by identifying underlying problems, analyzing potential solutions and implementing system resolutions, including workarounds.
Addresses and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Logs, tracks and prioritizes system issues
Responsible for quality, accurate, and timely deliverables to internal/external customers
Coordinates with other IT departments on integrated system
Project Initiation
Participate and help the project lead with tasks related to initiate the project
Develops understanding of Fox digital distribution workflow and applies product skill and experience in researching potential solutions.
Application Development
Analyzes and documents relevant business processes
Leads interviews with users to define requirements for small enhancements
Defines, documents and reviews functional requirements.
Conducts gap analysis
Develops test plans, test cases & scenarios and documents results.
Responsible for all facets of the User Acceptance Testing process on projects
Prepares and/or reviews end user documentation, training materials, curriculum and schedule
Conducts training classes, including train-the trainer, one-on-one or classroom style training
Provides a first line of post implementation support to users regarding functional issues
Engages all relevant participants in change management activities, where appropriate
Facilitates small enhancement related sessions, organizes and runs conference room pilots.

Qualifications
Bachelor's of Science/Bachelor's of Art
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of the Project and Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of standard IT practices related to business application development/implementation.
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and database management systems.
Strong knowledge of IT structured analysis methodologies, including process flow definition and data flow diagramming.
Knowledge of Entertainment industry business practices a plus.
Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including development of project documentation, presentation materials and status reporting.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient with analytical tools such as Excel
Ability to create process flow diagrams and flowcharts using MS Visio or similar charting tool.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT personnel.
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in application development analysis and implementation.
Extensive experience in defining user requirements.
Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
