We are currently looking for an outstanding individual to take our meta performance to the next level as our new Director of Partner Marketing – Global Travel Meta Search (TMS). Meta is a large customer acquisition channel for Hotels.com and is poised to grow even bigger with the right person leading. You will responsible for managing the P&L/relationships for a large portfolio of Meta partners (e.g. Kayak, HotelsCombined, Intent Media, Clicktripz, Skyscanner, Mafengwo, JAL) for Hotels.com globally.

You will take a front seat in defining our strategies and will be in charge of moving forward our understanding of how those activities impact the business in the short and long run. You will be responsible for ensuring that our traffic acquired from meta partners meets the ROI goals of the business and will be expected to take timely action when necessary. You will communicate strategy, performance and results to senior stakeholders, while evolving in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. To help you succeed, you will have a strong core team and access to supporting teams (data scientists, analytics, business insights).

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing/growing relationships with global partners (e.g. Kayak, HotelsCombined, Intent Media, Clicktripz, Skyscanner, Mafengwo, JAL)
• Responsible for Hotels.com P&L for partnerships and driving for revenue growth at desired ROI
• Lead team of internal and cross-functional team members to drive Hotels.com strategy
• Communicate on performance and strategy to key global stakeholders (e.g. VP/GMs, Finance, Product)
• Push the limits of Hotels.com thinking on how to operate performance based marketing channels
• Understand the complexities of campaign performance and evaluate growth to identify opportunity gaps
• Recommend changes in spend level with partners while being able to articulate potential impact
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across internal and external teams to arrive at solutions quickly
• Conceptualize campaign adjustments, design and implement testing and evaluate results

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Required:
• Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
• 8 to 10 years of direct experience in analytical online marketing for a Fortune 500 or Internet Retailer 500 company
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions
• Able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers and external partners, and can get cooperation in a non-authority relationship
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable delivering presentations to senior level executives
• Comfort with data driven business management
• Able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers and navigate a complex matrix organization
• Exceptional attention to detail in executing complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables
• Expert in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL, SAS, Python or other data processing scripts a plus
• Expert in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge, passion and/or experience of travel industry is a plus
