Some Challenges You’ll Tackle

Work with product on prioritization and scheduling of product and engineering features
Coach and mentor engineering teams and team leaders
Guide growth and evolution of the team and engineering platform
Own team engagement through 1x1s, communication, celebrations, training
You Should Have

10+ years of experience
5+ years of focused programming (Java, Scala, C#, Ruby)
5+ years of experience managing engineers
3+ years of experience managing multiple teams
A strong understanding of agile processes
A strong background in technical design / architecture
A strong background in building high volume distributed systems
Strong communication (written, verbal) skills
