You will lead a product management team that is accountable for identifying market “problems/opportunities” to be addressed by content products to be defined, developed and launched generating new business opportunities and revenue streamflow. You will lead by example and provide a disruptive product vision and expertise to the team and the entire Company. The Director will be accountable for delivering product proposals and business cases for decision making by Core Map leadership or similar and will also be accountable for the timely development and launch of the new products in cooperation with Engineering, the Regional Map & Content organization and all other internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for end-to-end development of new map and location content product/component, including market research, ideation, business case presentations, proof of concepts and launch.
Day-to-Day management of the New-To-World product management team.
Accountable for high level epic backlog for multiple agile teams
Connects with the market via current and potential customers.
Partners with other HERE teams to gather ideas and insights, develop business cases and requirements for the New-To-World product development pipeline (R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Regional Product Management)
