You will develop close relationships with mobile industry leaders and executives in pursuit of new opportunities. You are comfortable in managing C-Level relationships with start-ups and public companies and acting as the main point of contact. You have a track record in launching new businesses and/or growth initiatives, including success across product, finance, operations and sales excellence. You have a sharp, analytical mind that can solve complex problems. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to resolve contractual, technical and financial issues with partners in order to best represent our subscribers, products and services.

Responsibilities:
Develop the mobile strategy, strategic account plans, including mobile growth opportunities, action planning and business growth forecasting;
Develop new mobile opportunities through established networks, relationships, independent research, and expand the range of offers to our subscribers;
Lead the mobile product releases in collaboration with marketing, sales and engineering counterparts;
Set the operational direction for the mobile extended team (PM, Engineering, UI) on a day to day basis, defining the critical priorities for the team;
Take a hands-on approach to operational monitoring and product release activities; identifying customer pain points and prioritizing them for product updates;
Ability to manage objectives, assess competitor landscape, influence stakeholders, and present & position value of Norton Mobile Security Products;
Proactively identify new areas for collaboration with partners, structure proposals and upsell partners on these new areas for collaboration;
Engage with CSP/ISP partners on key aspects of partnership, including business issues and synthesizing feedback on mobile product and technical issues.

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience with minimum 15 years of overall experience;
At least 8+ years of management experience related to mobile product management context. (Management experience defined by managing employees hands on);
Past experience in Agile development, working with Scrum teams.High tech or technology industry and product exposure;
Strong knowledge of consumer software ecosystem, SaaS solutions and mobile industry across mobile devices, carriers, and/or related start-ups;
Strong negotiator with a track record of establishing impactful partnerships, proven ability to navigate matrix structures and understand deployment complexity;
Driven to deliver results for the team, eager to lend a hand wherever needed, comfortable with shifting priorities needed to bring team closer to the finish line;
Critical, creative and strategic thinking capability;
Understanding new concept generation process and experience/familiarity with consumer research methodologies;
Ability to run ideation sessions, synthesize market and customer insights, and generate solution requirements to solve critical customer jobs;
Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize and articulate complex concepts;
Passion for technology and good understanding of current technology landscape and issues;
Ability to create compelling creative story telling;
Ability to understand business issues for product development.
