The Director of WW Sales Operations is responsible for the development and oversight of a comprehensive and custom sales operations support plan that drives the strategic initiatives of the business unit, and helps them meet their sales target goals.

Subsequently, this role will be responsible for leading a cross functional, matrix team from the Worldwide Sales Operations Enablement, Automation, Insights, Learning and Marketing teams to develop and deliver end-to-end solutions that meet the end-users' needs on time and within budget. Additionally, the Director of WW Sales Operations will share and collaborate with his/her counterpart in other BUs on initiatives to bridge shared channel partnerships and gaps.
Key Responsibility:
Understand BU strategy, business challenges, and goals.
Develop a comprehensive support plan based on business strategic goals and update quarterly.
Work with VP Marketing and Go-To-Market team to create a comprehensive support plan.
Meet weekly with BU Sales Operations DVPs and Sr. DVP of Sales to:
Review support plan, milestones and risks
Discuss new BU initiatives and goals
Leverage BU KPIs and BU Health of the Business reporting to provide recommended solutions/insights
Provide visibility to future Worldwide Sales Ops initiatives
Actively participate in meetings with the Sr. DVP of Sales, DVP of Sales Ops and field sales senior team to provide recommendations related to solutions/programs that would impact the BU sales strategy.
Participate in all joint BU/Worldwide Sales Operations meetings between Worldwide Sales Ops functional leaders and BU leadership.
Lead a group of cross-functional members from the Worldwide Sales Operations Enablement, Automation, Insights, Learning and Marketing teams
Host a monthly meeting with cross functional team members to:
Educate/Update on BU needs/challenges/strategy
Review Support Plan and Prioritize
Share functional area initiatives and rollouts
Organize and manage end-user feedback, review and testing sessions to ensure that the tools and programs meet needs at all stages of development.
Collaborating with his/her counterpart in supporting other BUs to share and collaborate on initiatives to bridge shared channel partnerships and gaps.
Manage the integration and/or development and delivery of large and complex projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance to specification.
Manage national programs such as Sales Conference.
