In the role, you will work on highly complex problems; provide insight into the strategic issues which are forefront in the minds of the Executive Leadership Team; gain exposure to senior-level decision-making; and establish relationships across all areas of the company.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience, including at least three years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm OR 5+ years of experience at a large technology company in a strategy role
Proficiency leading and managing multiple workstreams and project teams (3+ person)
Outstanding problem solving, quantitative analytical, mentorship skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive/C-level stakeholders
Drive for results and ability to learn on the fly
Ability to effectively work at all levels of the organization
Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges
Self-direction and motivation, and ability to operate independently
Proficiency leading and managing informal teams
MBA or equivalent work experience
