• Own and drive development of key Middleware Platform products
• Manage teams of developers designing and implementing new functionality, as well as improving existing products
• Participate in brainstorming and discovery exercises to determine new ideas

• Provide timely and appropriate communication to stakeholders, and customers on issue status and resolution
• Work cross-functionally with senior counterparts to develop overall technology strategy, drove business goals and roadmap execution

Job Requirements:
Proven experience delivering production-quality, highly available and scalable products
Strong drive and passion to leverage open source technologies and contribute back to open source
Demonstrated leadership experience in a large, complex, global organization—ability to effectively work and communicate across organizational lines
Strong people management background with proven ability to build, inspire and lead high-performing engineering teams.
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Executive level written, presentation, and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
BS in Engineering, CS and/or equivalent industry experience
10+ years of experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring large teams
5+ years of experience in managing infrastructure for global, hyper-scale environments
