Warner Bros. Distributing Inc. seeks a Director, Sales & Revenue Analytics for the Business Initiatives & Sales department. This position will develop and execute sales strategies involving new technologies and the monetization of enhanced viewing experiences in the Domestic Theatrical market place while also providing direct support to the Home Office and division office Sales teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes profitability of new products intended to increase attendance and enhance viewing experiences in ways that directly raise revenues. Makes recommendations to drive decisions regarding new licensing policies and generate changes to existing ones based on market research.
Works with and/or leads Sales team in focused project work, including tracking advance ticket sales, tracking the licensing of special formats and the financial results (i.e. 70mm, 3D, premium large format screens, motion seats, immersive sound, etc.). Compiles comprehensive conclusions for the on-going work (i.e. summer drive-in season, special programming of alternative content, pricing practices, sales analysis of changes to markets, and historical licensing practices as it relates to legal or customer inquiries, etc.).
Performs research and analysis at outset of special technological installations and also for existing up-charged formats and prepare periodic reviews to investigate change to the market based on same, including financial gross performance results in surrounding market areas. Makes recommendations based on the results to draw clear conclusions to inform Sales in future licensing decisions.
Acts as a back-up in preparing term recommendations for upcoming releases, issuing term guidelines to the Sales team, confirming proper term assignments in billing system, final application of terms via Settlement Worksheets, evaluation of on-going scales and recommended changes, preparation of year-end film rental analysis for President and General Sales Manager.
Acts as a back-up to lead IMAX Sales person to license IMAX product, give customer direction and follow-up on special program requests and gross collections.
Creates guides to be used company-wide that provide new information regarding special licensing instructions for technologies impacting Sales and Home Office staff to instruct and inform their business decisions and practices.
Through data analytics, shows status of new technologies in development or installed in theatres/homes, including inventories by type, current and anticipated future counts and growth projections. Uses that data to recommend growth strategies to Senior Management.
Through data analytics, shows location of technology, by type, for each theatre and Exhibitor. Maintains theatre data base to identify locations with specialized technology installations and provides recommendations to Senior Management, Sales team and Home Office.
Prepares periodic review of Warner and other Distributors allocation of product into competitive market areas to evaluate and summarize gross revenues, including evaluations of day-and-date locations. Makes recommendations to Senior Management to drive strategy.
Designs reports using eSpatial program to evaluate Sales activities by geographic region or country. Utilizes the program to identify markets not currently dated with project pictures to provide Sales with a guide and comparable gross potential.
Prepares key and/or adhoc reports as requested by Senior Management, Sales or Home Office, including PowerPoint presentations as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Analytic or related field preferred.
General knowledge of distribution as it relates to Warner Bros. film distribution.
Working knowledge and understanding of company policies and division practices for general administrative approval, supervision and employee compliance.
Familiarity with human resources standards.
5–7 years of relevant experience required.
Previous experience in the entertainment industry required.
Previous analytical experience required.
