Sabre Hospitality Solutions' Digital Experience (DX) team is currently looking for a highly motivated Director of Operations, to help take the group to the next level. The DX team has experienced double digit growth, in the past 2 years, and we are in need of a seasoned operations professional, who can help the senior leadership continue and expand our growth, with a solid foundation of operational excellence. The DX team is a small group of 130, globally diverse digital marketing consultants and developers, who run the business unit like a small start-up. We have P&L and EBITDA accountability to the business and are looking for a Director of Operations who understands what it takes to be operationally efficient, but has an entrepreneurial spirit. This key role will report directly to the VP of Digital Experience and the ideal candidate must be comfortable working with and presenting to C-level executives.

Position Overview:
Savvy operations professional with a strong finance background
Must be a strong strategic thinker able to bring new ideas to the table
Forecasting and revenue modeling skills a key requirement
Self-managed and proactive leader willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done
MUST have good presentation and communications skills able to present to C-level executives and clients
Manage P&L and budget planning processes and facilitates operations for our global teams located in Maryland, Texas, London, and Singapore
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
Required Experience & Skills:
5+ years of related experience
Finance background working in financial & CRSM systems such as SAP and Sales Force
Microsoft Excel – Expert level
Good understanding of global markets
Engaging and confident presentation skills
Team player
Ability to solve tough problems
Strong attention to detail
Travel ~30 – 40% (some international travel may be needed)
