The ideal candidate will have a track record of success driving millions of monthly visits from free traffic sources and converting a large percentage of those visits. This individual will oversee the coordination and optimization of marketing tactics – including link-building, social media, viral marketing, and content strategy – that impact SEO.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
Develop and drive SEO business plans for free traffic generation and conversion, informing the full spectrum of digital marketing disciplines including SEO, social, and content marketing.
Create frameworks for tactical execution of free traffic strategies, including link building and viral strategies.
A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
Understanding prospects and customers and providing inputs to optimize content across key steps of customer journey.
Engage and closely collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to drive customer experience improvements.
Manage and drive SEO reporting constructs, develop and present weekly updates to demonstrate the impact of company’s investment to senior management.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, conversion, and testing.
Experience partnering with an in-house SEO team or interfacing with an SEO agency
Experience working with product and technical teams.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Bachelor's degree required.
