Director Consumer Marketing Sindeo San Francisco

You’ll lead and grow our marketing efforts across a range of channels, including brand marketing, search, social and organic, to name a few. You’ll help us craft the vision and strategy for our marketing approach and be a key player in scaling our business, with huge room for career growth. You’ll scale and manage new and existing performance marketing channels and help Sindeo build our brand with home owners, buyers and real estate pros.

About You:

You are independent, inquisitive and analytical. You live in spreadsheets but you’re also creative and passionate about creating exceptional end-to-end consumer experiences. You love a challenge and have excelled at a strategic level driving performance marketing initiatives; but you’re also hands-on, comfortable working in fast paced environment with limited resources. You’re a bit of a control freak and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something to get it done. You’re excited to help us disrupt a broken model and reinvent how people get home financing.

Ideal candidate:

7+ years of hands-on growth and marketing experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Deep domain experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Moz, email, marketing automation and the other tools of the trade
Experience leading a team and executing budgets to meet business objectives
Track record for creating and executing effective marketing plans in lightening fast, startup environment
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Comfortable with quickly building a story through data. No analysis paralysis, things are moving too fast
Crazy organized - attention to detail is a must
BA/BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field
Brownie points:

High-tech experience preferred; understanding of real estate and mortgage industry a plus
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot
