We are looking for a manager responsible for providing quantitative analyses and decision making guidance to improve the overall value and customer experience for Libertymutual.com and eService. This manager will lead a team of analysts who leverage a robust digital tool suite to provide analytical insight and recommendations on key strategic initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, lead the piloting/testing, and share results and recommendations with PLD leadership.

Be a thought leader in utilizing digital tools to continuously identify hypothesis to improve business results and the customer experience.
Develop measurement plans and partner with eCommerce leadership and cross functional groups to execute pilots and in market tests.
Lead the identification, prescription, and monitoring of leading KPIs and value driven tolerance for variance on a regular cadence.
Create and deliver Senior Management presentations on an ongoing basis. Lead the annual planning process and provide monthly analysis of key business results.
Attract, develop and retain top analytical talent for the Insights organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 5-10 plus years progressively more responsible work experience in analytics.
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. Outstanding skill in using a variety of analytical software to facilitate analysis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, including advanced PowerPoint. Must have the ability to communicate with array of stakeholders including executive leadership.
Strong business acumen with the ability to lead and collaborate on cross functional projects in a customer and technology focused organization.
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities required. Strong organization skills are necessary.
Proven experience managing and developing top analytical talent.
