Director Account Management Broadridge New York

This individual will be responsible for managing (multiple) accounts utilizing web based marketing portals. This individual will be responsible for translating client scope into business requirements and stewarding these requirements into the business intake process while managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.

Facilitate and provide where able internal and external support, run scheduled and adhoc reports to drive client insights and develop IP. Support client and BR escalations, coordinate schedules, as well as identifying/assisting management with up-selling and cross-sell opportunities. Communicate and facilitate tasks internally based on client need and set priorities accordingly. Troubleshoot client issues before sending to internal resources to minimize resolution time and increase internal data team bandwidth.
Proactively work with clients on current, new, and future projects to ensure proper delivery of service while acting as a consultant of their marketing needs. Manage internal tasks and work with internal resources as well as our valued business partners to deliver client solutions. Negotiate and leverage business relationships. Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual billing based on the Statement of Work and client requests. Working directly with outside print, data and email vendors. Work with clients on email and web-based marketing programs. Foster high level relationships to ensure account stability.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience.
Financial services industry experience required.
Broker/Dealer experience is a plus.
Experience with enterprise and advisor marketing or communication solutions is a plus.
