The DCG Connectivity Group (CG) is seeking an experienced, resourceful, and driven Director of Business Operations responsible for ensuring velocity and effectiveness of CG group-level business operations and leading the development and implementation of a set of core business and operational processes that provide a strong foundation for business growth across the Ethernet, OmiPath Fabric and Silicon Photonics Businesses. This role will build and lead a team of direct and matrixed employees to provide structure and predictability, fostering a culture accountability across CG. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Operations, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner closely with CG Finance leadership to co-develop critical business processes for maximum efficiency and impact.

Qualifications: The role of a business operations leader is broad, spanning multiple disciplines and partner organizations. For this role, there is no exception. The successful leader will develop and foster relationships not only within the CG leadership team but across the broader DCG Biz Ops team, HR, CS, Finance and SMG. A self-starter with a passion for predictable execution will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate will come with prior business operations experience with familiarity of Intel's financial processes. Demonstrated team leadership, process development. The candidate will possess a bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant business operations and process development experience. Strong business acumen and demonstrated success as a team leader is highly desired. The successful candidate will effectively function as a member of a senior-level staff, ramp quickly to meet the needs of a diverse business, and proactively prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in the face of ambiguity. This position requires: excellent verbal and written communication for cross-site/cross-functional collaboration and coordination on key initiatives and strategies; strong people management, team leadership, and facilitation; complex problem solving, decision making, and project management; and advanced forecasting and data analysis. Business domain knowledge of network infrastructure, the communications industry, and/or other DCG market segments is strongly desired. An MBA or PMP is a plus.
