Designs and manages PINK creative for online marketing and digital engagement drivers from conception to completion. Adds value to marketing and creative concepts through interaction design driven by a strong sense of what connects with the PINK customer in digital. Ensures clear and consistent brand projection across digital channels, including Web, email, mobile, social, and online advertising.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and direct updates to PINK Nation, victoriassecret.com/pink, and other digital assets
• Attend project kick off meetings for each assignment; provide feedback on interaction design, messaging, and presentation clarity
• Partner with marketing and merchant teams to design brand-right experiences for digital with an eye to performance and ease of use
• Oversee production and quality control of final Web-ready digital artwork for digital initiatives
• Act as digital design lead on variety of concurrent projects
• Lead Web Creative on long-term, cross-functional initiatives
• Work closely with front-end development team to achieve accurate, platform-independent versions of designed layouts and functionality
• Contribute to creative process
• Assist in generation of ideas to optimize the PINK customer’s digital experience
• Innovate to improve integration of commerce and engagement online
• Work with Internet Creative partners to evolve web style guide and standards
• Collaborate on site architecture, user interface and navigation
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Web designers
• Temporary/freelance staff
• Oversee maintenance of content templates to ensure accurate and efficient design production
• Provide feedback to designers and team members in a sensitive and motivating way


Qualifications

• Great sense of design/style with strong grasp of youth and fashion markets
• Impeccable design fundamentals (type, image, color)
• Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
• Ability to support and foster clear editorial point of view
• Proven ability to translate complex design challenges into fun, easy to use, engaging experiences
• Working understanding of ecommerce and marketing best practices
• Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
• Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, constructive approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills required
