Improves reliability and customer satisfaction by providing engineering, project management, and
maintenance and construction services for electric transmission lines. Provides leadership to the
groups responsible for large capital projects and ongoing expense work and is responsible for
strategic planning, resource management, and safety related to the transmission lines. Leads the
T-Line department to work closely with the planning, strategy, and standards teams in Electric
Asset Management.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering-Electrical or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience in Utility Operations, 10yrs

Responsibilities
Ensures strategic plans are in place to accomplish ongoing performance improvement of system
reliability, of outage duration and frequency and of overall electric system, public, and employee
safety.
Manages staff to accomplish results through effective recruitment and selection, training and

Provides strategic guidance and direction for the development of the operating plan and budget.
Ensures and ongoing state of readiness and effective plans for emergency response for significant
situations and system-wide electrical events.
