Lead integration planning and execution, owning delivery to high-profile clients and partners
Liaise, schedule and plan effective support for an ongoing pipeline of issuing and merchant clients and their respective partners, enablers and acquirers
Manage a team of Integration professionals
Define, document, and implement global processes that align with enterprise standards and best practices and achieve high quality integrations to deliver best-in-class implementations
Define and deliver on core customer KPIs
Own technical design discussions with global business and technical teams to ensure business and technical requirements are understood and properly documented and implemented
Own the "voice of the customer," bringing an intense customer focus to global engineering teams
Collect feedback from customers on features and functionality and work cross-functionally to ensure the Product and Technology teams incorporate that feedback into future releases
Own status reporting across all relevant internal groups
Ensure Visa's processes and all required policies are followed, escalating as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field or equivalent work experience
Minimum 12 years of payments industry experience with 7 years directly related experience and demonstrated success working in an Integration position including on scope, on time delivery
Demonstrated leadership, self-motivation, and ability to influence and communicate effectively across functional lines to ensure all participants and stakeholders deliver according to scope, schedule and budget
Experience working with API's, client interfaces, or prior software development / test engineering / quality experience. Must have a solid understanding of web technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS), REST, SOAP, XML, JSON and other relevant API standards like OAuth, SAML)
Experience with mobile and eCommerce systems
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
Excellent facilitation, consensus building, and conflict resolution skill
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment within a larger, complex organization, with ability to manage multiple priorities
