• In depth knowledge of IP, RF, Optical, SDN and NFV networking technologies
• Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.
• Possesses ability to acquire an in-depth understanding of Nokia’s functional area objectives and strategies within first three months on the job.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum years experience in either BusDev or Sales role
• Candidate experience must include proven track record in developing a pipeline
• Experience in shaping/guiding/leading RF/RFI/RFQ responses both from technical and business perspective including preparing internal business cases.
• Strong people and collaboration skills to work with multiple teams under deadlines.
• Ability to travel
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership
• Ability to multitask and respond to various requests in timely manner.
• Fluent in office applications, including Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
