Responsibilities & Tasks

Primary responsibility is Account Management and Service’s Business Development to include Professional Services, Network Rollout and other Service offerings in the Ericsson and partner portfolio. Knowledge of areas Radio Access Network (RAN)-based Technologies, Construction materials and process is critical in selling services to install such.
Need to understand service methodologies and strategies for selling advanced services such as carrier aggregation reconfiguration, baseband and C-RAN technology migration, RF design and Optimization services for LTE and 5G products.
Customer interface skills are critical. The candidate must be able to cross over from technical advisor to sales as needed. The ability to relate on a technical level with the customer is critical.
Much be able to balance internal and external customers.
Take the lead in the orchestration of engagements towards the customer, bringing appropriate team of subject matter experts that will together comprise the overall solution from opportunity identification through to contract closure.
Leverage KAM resources (e.g. Marketing, Technical Support), local (RNAM) resources, the Business Units in Headquarters and potentially external partners.
Participate with the VP & KAM team in developing business plans and new sales initiatives.
Account management including managing towards quarterly and annual revenue, orders and profitability targets as well as customer satisfaction indices.
Building and managing relationships on multiple levels with key stakeholders in the organization as well as assigned markets.
Efficient and prompt quoting of hardware, software and directly related services in accordance with Ericsson.
Forecasting future revenue & orders on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Work proactively with internal organizations to align service and product business units to create and implement solutions that address specific customer requirements.
Ability to lead teams to identify, develop and successfully close new business opportunities.
Lead proposal and quotation processes including active participation in pricing and costing discussions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Masters or MBA, a plus
Minimum seven years of experience selling services for Radio Access (Tower, shelter and baseband), Professional Services, Network Rollout and other offerings in the Ericsson and partner portfolio.
Minimum five years of project execution and delivery experience
Fluent in English
Based in Northern NJ area with willingness to travel 30% or more of the time – NO EXCEPTIONS. Relocation will be considered for ideal candidates.
