This role is responsible for managing the engineering teams that build Trulia’s core consumer product: search results & property listing details.
To thrive in this role, you: must be pragmatic, results-focused, and capable of leading and inspiring diverse groups of engineers to accomplish complex projects.
must have led teams of technical staff, large and small. Experience managing managers is highly preferred.

are comfortable writing and reviewing server- and client-side code (any OO server-side language is fine), constructing and executing project plans, handling day-to-day team operations, and putting out fires, all in the same day.
