Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Director, Trade Marketing for the Trade Marketing department. This position oversees the retail strategy for our Theatrical New Release business by developing effective customer promotions and plans across all distribution platforms, both physical and digital, that result in the Business Unit meeting and exceeding its financial objectives. Work with marketing counterparts in the development of marketing strategies and title plans.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create physical and digital promotions to ensure delivery of the TNR Business Unit financials. Review and approve key account promotions and spending; subject to review by marketing P&L owners.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales on product release tactics and strategies. Ensure appropriate account specific support, while ensuring profit targets are achieved.
Develop market intelligence both physically & digitally to inform WB strategy as it relates to pricing, product, windowing, etc.
Effectively communicate sales strategies, promotions, and opportunities to field sales.
Lead weekly meeting which recaps title performance, retail execution, and competitive activity to Senior Management.
Execute trade programs that support the TNR physical and digital business, including strategies that protect profitability of ownership titles (e.g., MAP).
Work with finance to ensure new release goals by account (both physical and digital) are properly established.
Lead and develop Theatrical New Release trade marketing team.
Travel to and communicate strategies to key customers/partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree required.
MBA preferred.
10+ years work experience in the entertainment and/or consumer goods industry with a track record of advancement.
Experience with mass retail (Walmart, Target, Amazon).
Experience with transactional digital business (iTunes; Amazon Video; Google Play).
Experience with retail execution across large portfolio of products, including permanent and promotional price strategy.
Collaboration across multiple internal and external functional groups to meet or exceed net revenue goals.
Ability to implement sales strategies, policies and programs.
Ability to direct and evaluate efforts of trade marketing team.
Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with internal teams including Sr Mgt and retail clients.
Ability to interpret sales reports in order to identify significant developments and marketing data.
Ability to interpret income statement in order to identify issues and opportunities.
Ability to interpret consumer data.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
Superior knowledge of home entertainment products and the physical/digital retail landscape.
Ability to drive collaboration across internal functional teams and external vendors.
Exceptional analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Must be able to proactively identify issues and develop solutions to address.
Must have ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with customers.
Must have the ability to lead and effectively motivate internal team members and external parties.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and shifting priorities.
