Responsible for Technical Leadership in building and managing highly resilient enterprise solutions on Public Cloud/Open Source platforms. We have multiple positions available in Monitoring Technologies, Data Movement (ETL, File Transfer), Batch Scheduling, etc. These are critical enterprise environments that provide 24x7 PaaS solutions to multiple lines of businesses. Selected candidate will have solid Software Engineering / DevOps background with leadership experience in designing highly resilient architectures and hosting/managing them in the cloud on open source platforms.

Provides senior level technical consulting to engineering teams during the design and development of complex or critical projects.
Work closely with lines of business and technology operations to understand objectives, goals, and requirements
Builds/manages relationships with customer’s/partner groups
Lays out multi-year roadmap and demonstrates execution excellence
Lead and develop sustainable solutions with current new gen technologies to meet the needs of our organization and business customers
Ability to join on high severity incident calls and lead troubleshooting efforts for a quick recovery
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
-At least 7 years of technical leadership experience with any of the Enterprise platforms (Monitoring, Batch Processing, Enterprise Scheduling, Web Applications and Middleware)
- At least 5 years of managing large software engineering and/or operations teams
- At least 3 years of any Cloud operations experience (AWS is a Plus) in a DevOps environment
- At least 3 years of experience in technical governance, implementation, and testing of Resiliency/Highly Availability(HA) engineering
- At least 5 years of experience developing and/or managing software solutions to any enterprise products
- At least 5 years of experience with Agile engineering practices
Preferred Qualifications
-Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
-Technology background in commodity technologies like distributed systems, infrastructure, network technologies, mobile, digital, big data, security, etc.
Assertive communication skills
-Professional certifications in AWS and/or software technologies ,Network, Storage, Virtualization, or DR
-Contributor to Open Source projects
- Assertive Communication skills combined with Incident Call Leadership skills
-Experience in migrating legacy solutions to cloud / open source platforms
Software Engineer and Operations experience
-Experience with ETL(Abinitio), SFG (Sterling File Gateway), ControlM, Splunk, or any of the related technologies is a plus
