This position is responsible for setting the strategic direction for project and program management across the Workflow Solutions & Services business. Responsibilities include managing and developing an organization of program managers supporting multiple lines of business. Program Management is responsible for driving wall-to-wall New Product Introductions (NPI), sustaining projects, and continuous process improvements across the organization to maximize return on NPI investment and deliver a differentiated internal and external customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Workflow Solutions & Services Program Management organization.
Create a high performing group of direct reports and coach teams in specific Projects/programs.
Introduce and support Lean program management concepts and methodologies.
Support the R&D leaders in the on-time delivery of programs.
Introduce consistent PM tools for Program Management across entire Workflow Solutions & Services business.
Introduce key metrics for detailed monitoring of progress in all projects.
Create dashboards for management visibility into project status for the lines of business.
Implement correct Management Operating System (MOS) for cross functional engagement in all projects.
Review program portfolio status on a regular basis.
Periodic auditing of key programs to confirm the program status and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor the program status of key programs including deep-dives at critical program gates.
Conduct Lessons learned reviews of key programs.
Contribute to the ongoing deployment and evolution of the New Product development process.

Ability to set judicious expectations and manage them with key stakeholders.
Ability to quickly assess unclear, complex, and ambiguous situations and reduce into distinct, clear, timely, and stable direction for the development team.
Deals with conflicting demands of the role, like win concessions without damaging relationships; be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic, escalate risks, issues without hurting the teams/people involved.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Project and Program Management in a multi-product, global, multi-site environment.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Agile software development experience.
Scrum Master certified.
Proven ability to deliver programs on time and on cost.
Engineering experience in design or development.
Six Sigma Certification or equivalent training in DFSS tools and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable improved program performance (ex: cycle time).
Lean Product Development experience.
Experience presenting to dealing with senior management.
Experience managing multiple and complex business processes.
Experience working with remote teams globally.
Individual must be process and customer focused.
Project management experience on large multi-disciplinary teams within a large corporation.
Results driven with a positive can do attitude.
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
Highly team-oriented.
Demonstrated success in “Matrix” leadership roles.
