• Organize client meetings to gather information and develop strategy for clients
• Lead new business development opportunities on a specific offerings
• Consistently seek to improve the level of service and capabilities for clients
• Market new Xerox products and improve business relationships with existing and prospective clients using cross selling and other marketing techniques

The following is required:
• Bachelor's and/or advanced Degree
• 10+ years of consulting experience
• 4+ years of enterprise/organizational change management experience
• In-depth knowledge of multiple industries and organizational functions
• Project management skills and experience
• Demonstrated management and/or supervisory skills
• Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Enjoys problem-solving
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and/or clients
• Demonstrates proven ability to sell new business and extension business
