Walmart eCommerce is looking for a Director Product Manager for our growing Product Analytics Team! The Product Analytics team helps drive product strategy by synthesizing data into insights across the global products team.
The Director Product Manager will help provide both day-to-day insights and big picture analysis to help optimize the Walmart eCommerce product solutions. Reporting to the VP of Product Analytics, you will be responsible for building out a holistic view of analytics tools (i.e. SQL, Hadoop, Teradata) Key projects include Attribution, Testing, Personalization, and Product Optimization.

Experience with leveraging data to uncover actionable business insights
Work experience with product analytics including performance measurement design, tracking, analysis and reporting.
eCommerce experience preferred
Strong Data Analytics Skillset:
Ability to work with product and business partners to define and aggregrate data.
Expert level in SQL.
Strong analytical skills. Ability to draw conclusions from data and drive action accordingly.
Work knowledge of statistical analysis, and A/B testing design, execution and measurement.
Ability to communicate insights through story telling.
Preference will be given to candidates that also have an understanding of Big Data technology and Visualization tools and how to leverage the platforms to blend data from multiple data sources to help answer key business questions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 7 years experience in eCommerce product management, management consulting, or related field OR 11 years experience in eCommerce product management, management consulting, or related field.
2 years supervisory experience.
